The pathologists at Mass General / North Shore Center for Outpatient Care provide a range of services related to the diagnosis of disease using samples of body fluids or tissues.
View our doctorsThe pathologists provide intraoperative consultations during surgical procedures. In addition, they perform FNA (fine needle aspiration) biopsies. They also supervise the clinical laboratory, which provides rapid testing including hematology, chemistry and urinalysis.
The Patient Service Center for Blood and Specimen collection is on the lower level in Suite LL01. It is open from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and has a draw room and staff for our pediatric patients.
